The "Cavemen" of Business
By Captain Garbarrassing | August 11, 2008
Hello everyone and welcome to the year 2008!!!! If you haven't noticed, almost anything you can possibly want can be
bought or sold on a computer with just a few clicks. Obtaining information, communicating, and business services have become incredibly efficient
thanks to the internet. When it comes to buying and selling, the internet plays a vital role in the world of business.
Unfortunately, this is not true for all companies.
I am actually referring to door to door (D2D) sales companies. The fact that these companies still exist in America is quite embarrassing.
Door to door sales companies are the scum of business. In a world of mail delivery, telephones, and internet, these companies choose to sell
their products by driving around wasting time, money, and gas, trying to sell mediocre products.
Usually, these companies are run by the worst kind of salesmen. These are the people who will say or do anything to get you to buy a product,
even if they know it's terrible and you have to give up your life savings to buy it. They will show up at your doorstep uninvited, offer you
garbage, and if you're not pissed off already, you certainly will be by the time they leave.
Unfortunately, it gets worse. The job of a D2D salesman is so terrible, that only desperate gullible (usually heartless) people would ever become one. Because of
this fact, if you are breathing and have an online resume containing the words sale, marketing, or advertising, you will undoubtedly be contacted
for an interview by these pathetic companies. Here is a little advice: BE CAREFUL before accepting an interview with them because you may end up spending your whole day
tagging along with one of their employees on a door-to-door sales excursion!! If you don't believe me, click here to read more about this on
rip-off-report's website.
Basically, D2D companies are the polio of business. I say polio because these companies will soon be extinct. They use outdated methods to sell
terrible products while wasting natural resources and taking advantage of honest, unintelligent people at the same time. Meanwhile, they lie to
job applicants and create shitty websites to make it look like they are running legitimate companies (Click here to see a lovely example, and be sure to look at their amazing list of clients too.) D2d companies
piss everyone off, and are detrimental to all aspects of all parties involved in their line of work. They truly are garbarrassing.
Until next time.
